The Trews. Compulsory from xxxx for the members that year. The original tartan was used up at that time and therefore subsequent trews have failed to match (in the case of Philip Dawe’s, by some margin).
Plus Fours. In the same pattern, offered as an option but taken up only by John Forrester
All other stash incorporates the MPH logo which, despite being commissioned by tour founder John Forrester, features the wrong date (1987). This is vitally important to the credibility of the stash.
Green or Blue Baseball Caps. Only one is believed to remain in existence with Bryan Pontifex
Umbrellas. Organised by Lloyd Davies – again, only one remains in the hands of Simon Calvert
Grey “Glenbrae” jumper. Several believed to remain but most now short-sleeved from the elbows

The Gilet. Blue or Grey, not sure why. Hard and thin, it allegedly stands up under its own tensile strength whilst offering no protection whatsoever against the elements. All are understood to be in existence still and would probably survive nuclear attack. | White polo shirts with Burgundy detailing, courtesy of Richard Lockhart. Universally hated, most remain as they are deemed too awful to wear. (see next) | Burgundy tank tops, also courtesy of Richard Lockhart (trend emerging); also believed to be a strong survivor for similar reasons (see previous) |
Black beanie hat, organised by Richard Lockhart. Neither particularly wind – or rain-proof, all are believed to be in existence….

Golf tees (blue, about 6 inches long) all exist in sheds and garages as too long to stick in the ground

Other ball markers – all thrown out as too big
